You will not get a refund, as you can continue to read the articles - just can't view the message board topics.

I can't even do that anymore.

You need to call Rivals and clear that up.  GoPowerCat doesn't really control the subscriptions.

If I've cancelled my subscription do I get a refund?
No. Rivals.com does not refund for unused portions of subscriptions. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription term.

I think I'll call...but it could be different since I got banned.
I would fight it if I were you.  When they banned you, they made the choice to not accept your money.  If they don't cooperate mention something about filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
Is Rivals.com a member of the Better Business Bureau? If not - the BBB is worthless.

The BBB is worthless no matter what. You have to pay to be a member, so they are not going to do anything to jeopardize losing a paying member. It's a scam.

    shame on you, non-believers
It's simply a very nice apartment.

Whoaa   That is badass!

Agreed!   Okay, so maybe "badass" was a strong/weird term to describe an apartment, but hey, it's my first nice place...I get excited about it.
So excited you feel the need to tell everyone on a message board.  That is exciting.  It just a very nice apartment, its not like studying in Prague or something.

You try way too hard. Just let it come to you. You'll have better stuff.

True, that is surprising. He might be too busy frantically scanning the local talk radio stations for any mention whatsoever of anything K-State.

Olathe's great, 15 minutes to downtown without having to deal with downtown trash.  Also not as snobby as OP has gotten.  there is a higher % of white trash in olathe though.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

LOL.  From today's Star:

The reconstruction of the interchange at I-435, I-35 and Kansas 10 stands to be the priciest of the three local projects on the list.

Driven by new development to the south and to the west, traffic there has increased roughly 50 percent since 1997.

The interchange, completed in 1975, has become so congested that traffic from Olathe, Spring Hill, Gardner and Lawrence often backs up on I-35 and Kansas 10 during the morning rush hour as drivers exit onto eastbound I-435.

In the afternoon, traffic backs up for more than a half mile on I-435 toward Overland Park.

It can be nerve-racking to commuters like Erin Santos, who has to get to Olathe to pick up her child from daycare before she’s charged $1 for every minute she’s late.

Not long ago, it took Santos 30 minutes to get over the ramp from I-435 to southbound I-35 and 119th Street.

“It’s terrible,” Santos said of I-435 in the late afternoon. “I avoid it altogether. It’s faster to take the back roads.”

I have won battles with Cingular and Waste Management by using the BBB.

Yeah it's a nightmare, thank god I don't work in OP.  69 highway to 135th or 151 is much faster from OP to Olathe.

You don't have to take I-435 to get downtown. But that little snippet is dead on about the 435-35 interchange. Awful.
