In canada (ya, it sucks as bad as you think) doing a work term, and went and took in CFL preseason game, and surprisingly enough when i looked the rosters there were qutie a few names that i recognized. Here's a quick rundown.
Cedrick Wilson: Calgary Stampeders, starting CB. He was pretty dominant. They never threw to his side of the gigantic field. When they did....he got a pick. Was pretty impressive.
Tearrius George: Got quite a bit of pt, had 2 tackles and just barely missed a sack. CFL is so weird that its almost as if the lineman on either team dont exist....the game is pretty wide open with broken plays almost every down.
Josh Buhl
Unfortunately he just got acquired by Saskatchewan in February, and didnt see any pt on D. But....he played every special teams down and had 2 tackles...one of them was a pretty big hit. He was one of the fastest players on the field. Fun to watch him again.
And last but not least, the Jon Cornish. He was pretty dominant in his ZERO carries for ZERO yards in a preseason game. He did however...have a tackle on special teams. Looked as flamingly gay as possible.
