For those of you who don't know-
18 yr old Kelsey Smith who just had graduated from Shawnee Mission West HS and was an incoming Freshman at KSU was abducted from the Target store across from Oak Park Mall in Overland Park on Saturday night.  WildCatz Phreak is a family friend and has helped manage search teams and he ran the website http://findkelsey.sitesled.com.  
Her sister is also a KSU student.

This afternoon, police found a body near Longview Lake on the southeast side of the city and it is believed to be her.

Sad, terrible, news.

yeah, there were posters everywhere.....and i mean everywhere. so it must go saying that they did all they could to find this poor girl. my prayers are with her family and friends.

damn man, sorry to hear this.  This is the second time this year this has happened to a member of a kansas forum I was on, but last time it was the guy's sister.  prayers to you, her family, and everyone else affected.
