Actually, the University just reallocated the money from the parking garage towards that statue. It will be erected in the same lot that the parking garage will go in. Only five stalls will be kept as the statue is so huge. They have been designated for athletes of Beasley caliber. So in otherwords, free parking for the Brown brothers.
