Missouri should win in all college sports, specially against Big 12 north schools. Missouri University is the only major school in the state of Missouri therefore all money rushes to that school, and no Missouri state is not a major school, they are MVC junk. Missouri is by far the biggest state of all big 12 North schools, and continously puts out the most talent of all north states, KC area and St. Louis area.

So this is why these fans of Missouri become so cocky, they never win and when there school wins a couple of home games like they did this last year, then they jump all over their team like Duke Lacrosse players jump all over some strippers at a frat party. So fans of Missouri support your team but don't go as far as saying they will win the Big 12 North without a proven defense, and an average running back.

Have they been running their mouths to KSU fans? What triggered this?

This isn't the first time, remember Corby Jones days, or the amazing Brad Smith days. ISU has pretty good fans specially when they had Seneca Wallace or the Davis Bros.

its awful.  living less than an hour away from Columbia, all I hear them talking about is which BCS bowl they'd prefer.

I'm not ever hearing anything like that in my part of KC.  If anything the fans I know are incredibly pessimistic.  They did run their mouths a lot when Mizzou started off 7-1 last year, but these same fans were the ones wanting Pinkel fired before last season even started.  Now they're entering the 'Pinkel better produce this year or he's gone' phase again, which will again be replaced by the 'Oh man we have a great start our team is amazing!!' phase before eventually getting replaced with the 'Oh crap we got "pinkeled" again' phase.

I have noted an increase in hostility and cockiness from their fans. I didn't know what it was about though because I thought they were really nice in the past.

They must have had suppressed rage or something.

We are KSU fans here, so stop the fairness talk about mizzou. Do you like Mizzou because you feel sorry for their 13 game losing streak to us cats.

Troy Davis leaving college early was a travesty.  He did get hosed in the Heisman voting, but should have stuck around for one more year and  set some amazing records.
