I had a real dream last night that I was watching the KSU/Auburn game on TV.  We got out to a big lead and then blew it at the very end of the game and lost 59-58.  We could have won with a field goal but there was a bad call that went against us on 4th and long so we turned it over on downs with under a minute to play.

The good news is the score is way too high for this dream to be believable since both teams are more defensive teams. So I'm calling BS and we win 31-24. :ksu:

Show me defense.

My Prediction

We lose..........   14-21. Honestly I'll be suprised if we score more than 20 points against Auburn at their place.

You're right.  After thinking it over, I figured the score itself isn't what the dream gods were telling me but rather the loss margin is what was significant.  My new prediction is we lose 17-16.  At least Josh Cherry will have a good game. :flush:

i'll be surprised if we get over 10 points, let alone 20, seeing how this is being played at Auburn and we'll probably have a slow start on offense since it's the season opener...not to mention, auburn's defense is ridiculous. we're gonna have to keep this thing low scoring if we have any chance of winning.

Let just say that Josh was very tearful for a day or two after. :crybaby: I bet it was just a school spirit thing and he was upset that someone would trash his school like that. :loly:

Sounds like a senior prank.   We painted For sale on the front of our highschool our senior year.   I know it's been done and it was lame, but all we had to do is power-wash it off the following couple of weeks.

Asscat it was burried because he will be a cat. It would have been front page SI if he were a Husker.

Auburn's defense will be filthy.  Think about Rutgers D in the bowl game and then add in more "quickness" and "scarierness".

they return 3 starters on DL, 1 LB, and all 4 in the secondary.  I taped some of their game last year vs. Auburn since it was two top 5 teams...LSU couldn't move the ball an inch and they had the # 1 player in the draft and 3 first round receivers(if Doucet is ultimately first round).

Arkansas did run all over them but they had McFadden, Felix, and a pretty good OL.  Georgia piled up points but in sort of a flukish style since they only gained 214 yards of offense.

Auburn defense is really nasty.  Not very big but LIGHTNING quick and relentless.

Franklin's #1 job this summer (aside from recruiting every 5 star in the nation) is to outscheme Auburn.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

    DOD Take Two
The reason that Franklin's playbook wasn't as open last year, is becuase they were waiting for this season to open it out and surprise people. Ya, thats what I'm gonna go with for now. Auburn should be scared.
