LAWRENCE - Bill Self would be foolish to accept the Kansas basketball coaching job. And Kansas would be foolish if it offered the job to him.
Self has established way too much credibility to risk his reputation stepping into Kansas' messy athletic department. He would have no guarantee of whom his boss would be, and there's a distinct possibility he could be working for a new chancellor within two years of accepting the job.

Well Whitlock shouldve been right on one thing, and he should go after Chancellor Hemmenway, the guy has an abominable record on minority hiring and treatment of minority faculty at ku.
