This team
I'm done with this team.  I don't usually give up, but we sealed the &@#%ing deal tonight.

I was listening from the radio (why would my local cable carry every espn+ game but the most important one we played all season!?) so I may be off on a few things..
-turnovers...how many times did I hear wyatt say "and the ball gets knocked away from bennett/colon"?
  -why are they in the game anyway?  its not like it will matter since we can't stop osu's offense with or without them in
-too quick of shots on offense...on the possessions where we took our time and went through dhosk we scored, on the ones where we took the first open jumper (usually by harris) we didn't.
-the defense just sounded slow..those of you who watched let me know if that's the case

This team won't be in the tourney.  the tourney will look for every possible way to put this osu team in over us.  I think we still have a chance if we win against OU and get one, probably two in the big12 tourney.  But I'm not gonna hold my breath.

Now I'm not tryin to be dramatic.  This is just the way I see it.  These other teams are just much better and much more athletic.  We're damn lucky we went unconscious from 3 against Texas or we wouldn't even be in contention for a spot right now.

you know that scene in airplane when there is a long line waiting to slap that woman that loses it?

well, thats everyone on this board.

IBA is TOUGH to win in...and a place we havent in some time. 20 wins this year. is that  not sexy enough for you?

I wouldn't be as frustrated if we weren't having problems with things we can control.  We can't control them being better and more athletic players.  we can however control (to some extent) the amount of turnovers we make and how we make decisions on the offensive end.

i counted this as a loss.

we'll be on the bubble.

we wont make the tourney cause everyone hates us.

OSU doesn't lose 3 straight at home, nor 5 straight anywhere. &@#% we always play teams win they're due for another win. (ku, OSU)

Not a surprising loss at all. 

Every loss is frustrating for me.  But I'm not going to bail on our guys.

We have a really good chance of getting in the NCAAs with a win over OU and 1 win in B12 tourney.  2 is essentially a lock...although that probably means beating the squaks

mmmm beer, i think we have to win 2 in the conference tourny.  If we win against OU and win 1 in the tourny, but don't get into the NCAA's I will be bummed, but not surprised.  Still I hope the Huggy factor helps us get in, you never know.  However, this is still better than anything we have had lately, and had Walker not wrecked his knee, this season could have, no make that would have been alot different and  a lot better.

It hurts our chances, but we're not out yet.

We do need to win at least two now though.  If not, NIT for sure.

7 of our 10 losses are by 10 or more points. That can't look too good. We only lost 3 games last year by 10 or more.

Those great losses against powerhouse programs like CSU and Cal really look bad now. 

The best thing for this team is to lose all these seniors.  Harris can't shoot for crap (ok every now and then lightening strikes and he hits a few 3's see Texas game).

Too bad Colon couldn't have graduated with these seniors. 


Why didn't Maybank play until late in this game??

Yeah...out of everyone we brought in I love maybank, like young, somewhat like bennett (because I think he'll get better), and can't stand colon.

i still have hope for colon, if huggins sees a future there then I will give him one more year.

bennett, as long as he pretty much puts this year behind him, we will see good things to come
