No Sh it.  Time Warner is the closest thing to a monopoly you can find.  If MS wants to broadcast live events, leave it to high school sports.  No Time Warner, no KSU basketball Saturday.  I'll have to check to see what ESPN Plus is all about, and see if Everest carries it on digital cable.

Somebody told me they found the MU at KSU game last week (which I thought was only on Metro and ESPNU) on one of the alternate sports channels on Dish Network.  I wasn't home at the time so I couldn't verify.  Did anyone else notice this?  Any chance this game gets on an alternate channel as well?  Surely there is some way that satellite customers in the KC area can watch this game.

I've got Time Warner.  If someone buys me a slingbox I'll tune it into all KSU games I get.  Then anyone could watch online.

This would also let people from out of the area watch games that are on FSN Midwest.

Rusty, if you have a good OTA antenna, you can pick up the game (in decent quality) on CH. 27 out of Topeka.  I have a big outdoor antenna for this specific purpose.

yup, same with the game this last saturday, dish had them both on an alternate.   Though they do not show up in the guide until just before tipoff, so be advised it may appear as if they are not covering it.
