    The very best.
We are so lucky to have him.

Awesome.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

    shame on you, non-believers
I can't remember Martin ever throwing it down like that before. He (along with Hoskins) practically willed us to the win last night.

You obviously didn't go to the EA Sports exhibition in 2003.

We all know there's been a conspiracy. Only the failures have been recorded.

Yes I did, actually...but I don't remember anything spectacular from it.

He threw it down HARD in the second half.

High post, one dribble, SLAM!

The next trip down the court he nailed a three.  At the time, it was the most spectacular series of plays I'd seen from an individual KSU player in my 4 years at KSU.

Then he got injured.

And the injury was after nearly winning the St Louis game by himself.

Martin is very good, but I wonder how good he would've been without the foot injury.  He was a very explosive player before that happened.

Ah! Now I know why Martin didn't play that 2003-2004 ku game in Lawrence.

Wasn't there an eligibility issue with him? Or was that Diarra? (for that game)

Hurt. Diarra debuted in the 02-03 game. I think...someone help me here.

Martin missed the first three games.

Diarra's first game was a start (!) at Allen.

I think the Martin thing involved Salinas/Joseph Jones.

I know, but which yeah? He immediatly blocked a shot and had a sweet stick-back.

martin had to sit for alleged inproper benefits I believe, Diarrah had eligibiltiy issues because he played with a semi pro team in France.

I remember Cartier's first series and the St. Louis game and then he got hurt.  I also remember wishing we would have had him against ku in Allen that year.

Diarrah started so promising with that block and early put back.  I wish we had him back this year.
