Scarlet Knights coach Greg Schiano said telling his players Sunday — the day after a crushing loss — that K-State was their next opponent may not have brightened their day.

“I’m not going to fib to you here. It was a pretty somber team meeting,” Schiano said. “It’s my job to get us out of our funk.”

I think they will have a let down and Freeman will have a monster game because he won't want the bitter taste of his ku performance.

I think they've had the better team for the majority of the year but KSU is coming off that loss angry and Rutgers is dealing with a not BCS bowl.  For this reason, I think we will win and maybe even decently, but I'm an optimist.
