I hate it when KSU fans or other team's fans blame refs, but seriously. I can count 5 or 6 ku-calls that changes the mometum of the game.

I agree but the officiating for the big 12 has been horrible this year. but i can think of 5 games now where I feel like the refs have bailed out ku Cornell,@a&m,the 1st KSU game, tried to bail them out @ OSU, and tonights game. the huge momentum changer that bogus double foul call on samuels. the guy gets brought down but a choke hold and somehow in the middle of that he fould back? it seemed like after that our guys lost their aggression and weren't into it like they shoulda been. people who didn't watch this game won't get a realistic view of the game and see how it got so outa hand.

Yeah I saw the refs whispering in Clemente's ear all night to keep trying those lobbing one-handers over Cole.

Nice try and good effort.  You just don't have the talent.  That chip on your shoulder can only carry you so far.

The Big 12 tourny will be interesting, if ksu doesn't go out early.  I wish i could've been in the huddle when frank called TO at the end of the game, he was pissed!

    I AM LEGEND
The NCAA shoud take a serious look at some of the calls at AFH.  The refs really screwed us in the second half.  I don't know if we would have won tonight, but that killed us.

tonight.  No argument.

KSU doesn't matchup well with uk, period.  KSU cannot win without the bigs scoring, poor FT shooting and the turnovers, most of which came early in the game before the hay was in the barn.

That said, it is simply remarkable that the baseline official is employed.  Dude established the tempo from the get go and made sure our bigs were not allowed to play at all.  Two quick whistles on Kelly.  Call on Samuels was perhaps one of the worst of the year.  He immediately followed that up with the ball off aldrich going to ku, then called Samuels on the travel a few plays later.  Give him credit, he was not going to be shy with his bias.

Oh, and uk fan can say what they want, but Reid Gettys questioned at least 5 calls against KSU, didn't hear him doing the same for the calls on uk.

You talking about the bad calls that screwed ku right?? ku had 3 more fouls then K-state and not to mention the foul count with 12 min to play was 8 on the Hawks and 3 on the Wildcats???? How do you explain that? Rock Chalk!

Stop with the bad calls crap. There were bad calls both ways, the game was called very tight and the bottom line is that ku has a deeper bench. Your bigs had some iffy calls against them, ku guards couldn't even touch your guards without a foul call. Both teams were in foul trouble the entire game. You have to adjust and keep playing which I thought the players did a good job of. In the end, the better team won.... by 17, and ku had 3 more fouls called on them than you did. Stop your bitching and enjoy the good team that you guys have.

You generally don't go to the foul line when you throw the ball around outside the 3-point line for 20 seconds of the shot clock which ku did for the majority of the second half.

It's not the number of fouls that are called, it's when they're called. K-State tied it up and immediately there were 4 HORRIBLE calls to put ku back up by 7.

The refs weren't the problem, they called it both ways.  The Jam Sam double foul hurt and was a poor call but you could see them admitting that too Frank.  CKell's fouls early were dumb, on his part.
