Just because Roy isn't doing what Bill Self did doesn't mean Bill Self is some groundbreaking pioneer of the coaching world. It is easy to do. Roy is just f*cking it up. Bill accomplished what he should have.

Roy Williams walked into a ku basketball program on probation (as per usual) that had pretty much lost everybody and went 19-12, the next year he went 30-5.  The next year he took ku to the Final Four.
