...these numbers were taken directly from the game stats, so defensive/special teams scores would be included in offensive points.  But for the most part, I think that the first 5 games of last year and this year are comparable in terms of the level of competition.  Pretty interesting comparison.

The rushing stats are much better. You'd think it's easier to improve in the passing game than the rushing.
