The average college football fan doesn't understand the importance of good coaching..they think it's 95% talent when success is actually closer to about 70% talent, 25% coaching, 5% facilities. Problem is, since 2007, talent has evened out greatly across the nation, making the the coaching factor more important. Now, basketball is almost all about talent/athletes.
Rhoads looks like a good one but I still think Mangino is the second best coach in the north; the others are frauds who need to out talent there opponents to win and even that's not a guarantee.
