Jake will likely be historically remembered as the player most associated with the EMAW b-ball renaissance.  His SR day ovation will take the roof off.  Good for Jake.

Yep.  It was one thing for Bill and Mike to stay, they knew they were likely one and done guys, who the coach was didn't matter for that.  But for Pullen to stay, and then bear with Frank learning and having higher expectations for him than others; that is tough.  But he's done it so far and I have no reason to believe he wont' continue.  I look forward to the next 2 years of Pullen to see how he continues to develop, and hopefully he can continue to become a pretty special EMAW.

Same generation here....and while Bram has a presence, there is/was/will be nothing like Ahern.

Camping out for a week just to get student bball tickets really built an investment in the team.

I'll admit, though I really hate to, seeing a game uk Allen is a throwback to my time at KSU.

When you walked into Ahern you were immediately met with the aromas of 40-year-old stale popcorn and sweat.  <--- Can't be beat.

Same generation here.  But sorry, the Bram is louder and this team is better than anything Hartman ever put on that floor.

Not to mention that Frank is about 100X more entertaining than Old Jack.

I can't wait.
Is your life so sad that KSU football isn't enough?

    The very best.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Changing screen names to avoid showing your obsession through your post count is so lame I'm not at all surprised this little twit did it.

yes, my diabolical plan was to change screen names and then let everyone know about it.  i changed because those bars i used to frequent suck ass.

Discipline:  Multiple on campus fights with the football team, DUI's, unpaid child support, shooting guns at campus  visitors, rubbing down campus employees with schlongage.

Douchebag Failed at ku boy will defend that everytime, but he's over here knocking K-State because the players call Frank . . . Frank.

You go Douchebag Failed at ku boy!!

No way a building is just that.  A building, nothing more than brick and mortar.  It is what goes on inside that counts.  It is the passion, the fury, the chest thumping EMAW that permeates throughout Wildcat nation.   It is winning that makes a place special.  Bramlage can have just as much mystique, and notoriety as Ahearn ever had.  It all depends on the quality of basketball played inside and the ferveor of the "angriest crowd in America."

Peace out EMAW overload going on right now.

Seeing the scrimmage will be a treat.

What's the origins of that reputation?  Stellar talent and team records through the mediocre years?

Last year pullen looked 18 or 19, now he looks like he's a MAN in his middle thirties, definitely good for intimidation factor, plus dejuan blair had a beard and he was good. I predict pullen will be amazing this year!  :kstatriot:
“Nobody plays harder than Kansas State.  Bilas said that to me in person,” Martin said. Now, does that mean that I’m happy every day?  No, because it’s our job to continue to get those guys to continue to grow.”

The dude pictured above smells, walks, talks, acts, and will play this year like an elite guard, playing in an elite conference, on an elite team. This is the year.
