KK does not call pollard to verify.  does not do any real factchecking at all, being kietz and all(has he ever?)

pollard calls in and says what is pretty clear cut and provable knowledge that he sold the car legally to tyshawn.

kietz throws normal fit when he gets called out on his crapty journalism.

KK was pissed because Pollard accussed the report of being erroneous.  It's pretty clear from reading the article that their story is factual.  If you want to claim that there is something else between the lines, I wouldn't argue that point.  But that gets us into a realm of pure speculation and you came here to be clear.

Now I do believe it's probably sloppy record keeping, or Tyshawn has not gone to the DMV to finalize the transaction.  As I stated before, this happens frequently, and has happened to me personally.  But I would be interested in knowing how the vehicle got tags when Pollard states that he took them off the car.  It would seem to me that you go about getting either temporary or permanent tags by applying for them and for that you would need to submit a bill of sale to the DMV.
