    Hey, basketball!!!
Whenever Carson runs the ball, QB draw, QB option, etc. and gets positive yards you know that something is going right up front. Good job offensive line & Coach Dickey!!

But then on the other hand six sacks (but you could blame at least half of them on the lack of athleticism of Carson :shy:).

I think it's a much better OL than '06.  I think it's more comparative to the '04 OL which was decent but not that good.  The '06 OL had a lot of holes, especially early in the season.

The OL this season thus far is better than I would have hoped for prior to the start of the season.

The OL had to be pissed at Carson for holding the ball for way too long and then he would run into the pressure.  The guy has no instincts at all.

I only got to see the 4th quarter, so I can't comment on the rest of the game, but in the 4th it looked like the OL was just getting manhandled out there.  I'm assuming they were gassed?  I guess being in obvious passing situations didn't help much either.

You can't be racist and like basketball.
I'm pretty sure our horrid QB play and ST play pretty much negate any improvement in any other area when compared to Prince.

Pretty sure a Ron Prince offense would score more than 21 points on UMass.  Also, look at K-State's defensive numbers through their first three games last year.  Nearly identical.

Yeah, Ron Prince's offense with a 1st round QB draft pick running it . . . sure.

And no . . . it was after 2 games last year Ben, in the 3rd game Louisville had nearly 600 yards of offense, and in the next game La-La had 509 yards of total offense.

The problem is that Carson doesn't have to face any pressure in practice. We have crap dline too...

so, he doesn't get much rep time stepping up into the pocket...or eluding while looking for a target.

He simply sucks even more because our dline sucks (esp. without Harold).

I didn't see any QB options last night, I saw several QB "I'm scared crapless to attempt a pitch" though.

It's always the details that tend to trip up hyper KSU obsessed Ben.
