I didn't watch it, but I hope its Stella-ish.  Is it?

it's pretty lame.  thinking about un-following Black on twitter in protest.

They have a "show," but the show is behind the scenes of it.  I cracked a smile a few times, but no audible laugh.

Stella - David is not as funny. The fact that Comedy Central has been playing Stella and The State and stuff recently makes it look less funny by comparison. But it beats watching reruns of South Park and The Daily Show/Colbert Report. I chuckled, didn't genuinely lol.

Yeah I watched it last night...seems like they're going for a broader audience and are using less of the stella type stuff...

Still pretty good, wish David Wain was in it though...

I loved Stella.  Can't believe it was canceled.

Fav episode was when they were making camp fires in their apartment living room.

That's the one with the landlord right?  Think that was the series premiere.

I can't stand when good shows are reduced to this. Demetri Martin's show seems pretty much boned for the same reason Stella was, just b/c the 'mainstream' fans don't get it/don't like it.

Yeah, but Stellas undoing was that it was such a unique style.  Some loved it, most didn't, thus, it only lasted 10 episodes on CC.

funniest/strangest ongoing joke in stella was the one Michael would do a really gay staged pose in each episode, and like hold it for a second or two to make sure you went "what the hell was that?"
