A tie + no big12cg appearance = big12 win?

Gotta hand it to our rivals, they have big balls.  I highly doubt any other Big12 school would even think of calling a tie with no c.g. appearance a division championship.  That's why the CTR is a great rivalry, because things are always unexpected!
