why flush petsmart, it's awesome

would rather have locally or regionally owned store instead of big box store, especially this big box. Locally owned stores are better $$ for the community. I guess everyone can't be as good for Katz as booyah though 

also  because the city commission and Dial Inc (the developer) has botched this whole thing. We were getting much better retailers initially, not American Airlines at MHK good, but much better than petsmart

I'm not disappointed w/ the Hyvee. I think its a great addition and i would consider it regionally owned.
