I don't think spring practice has even started yet.   The spring game isn't until May.   I doubt that they can have any organized activities.

According to another post, Brown went to U Tenn this weekend to watch a spring practice.  I would assume that all schools have the same calendar.  Maybe they're just always inside cause it's too &@#%ing cold to be outside.

Spring practice starts April 6  -- Spring game is May 2.

yeah maybe the even coordinate their practice drills so all teams are on an even playing field.
