i'm getting redic bad out of shape. the place i work at has a three floor staircase right next to my room/office. I decided this week that i would close the door and do pushups and situps over lunch in my office one day and run up stairs/walk down them the other day. embarrasssing i know but no one else will know about this (except you guys).

anyway, i just go done doing the stairs. feel like i used to after we would run a timed mile in highschool PE class. not good. sick to stomach, feels like someone punched me in the chest. could i be having a heart attack? tia.

Given your strict processed meats/cheeses diet I think we can rule out a heart attack.  Eat some smoked cheddar to cool down.

the same.  trying to decide whether i should try to do something about it, or if i'm old enough that i can let myself go.

pls let me know how things go w. the exercise, and if you die.  will use to help me decide.
"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

I get to work in scrubs (basically pajamas). i took the top scrub and long sleeve t underneath it off and put on a different long sleeve t that i keep here in case of an emergency. i kept the scrub pants on and my legs were a little (very little) sweaty. whatever. just changed back and took wh0re shower in my bathroom. don't feel dirty.

pretty sure now it was not a heart attack but took two aspirin just in case.

will bump in a month and update progress. promised myself i would do it every day for a month and see how i go.

will have powercat69 (new board member) update in case of death.

sounds like you're a puss.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

I'd recommend laying off the jumbo popcorn next time at the OOD.

technically a catholic yes. nothing to do with lent though.

used to be decently in shape/athletic but am way far away from that now. just decided it's time to do something. also want to golf a lot this spring/summer and could be easier to do this if i'm in better shape.
