Brother lives in OKC.  Tried calling him to get assesment of the ice situation.  Couldn't get through.  Maybe they had a Godzilla or something that knocked out the communication

Nothing beats the ice storm in southern kansas in 2002. Out of power for 7 days. Had to get a hotel room to watch the Pat's upset the Rams.

pfffft... if it doesn't require me to get called in to work then it never happened.  hell, i was eating down off of 39th street during that and by the time i got home (northland) there wasn't crap on the ground up here.

About 25,000 are without power.  If I see a d00d wearing a visor and/or a shell necklace, I will ask him if he's part of the Dave family.
