Honestly, I know we were pretty good last night comparatively speaking but c'mon with that crap.  Our free throw shooting sucks.  Why would anyone give positive reinforcement for a missed free throw?  It's like, "Hey man, you hit the rim brah!" C'mon! How bout a kick to the nads?  How bout a bag of soap that the team hits you with while the guy sleeps at night?  Really, something has to improve what we have now.
:dunno:
Here's hoping that Clams is chillin' with someone cool up in that big EMAW in the sky. RIP Clams, RIP.

you're wrong (aside from spending a weird amount of energy on a ridiculously trivial point).  physical messages of reinforcement are far more logical after a missed ft than after a made ft.
"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

Based on what study?  The logical study?  So, you're telling me a high five after a missed free throw from a couple of dude's makes you instantly think, "hey, my teammates are behind me, I can sink this bitch."  gmafb

Can we also ask the players to not celebrate good plays in a game they might lose?

I'm highly interested in reducing the high fivitude following unsuccessful free throws. The team will perform significantly better if this can be done. TIA.

Bump! Can we use the blimp money for this? Surely the team will see the blimp from inside OOD and not high five.
