no it isn't.  uw has way more talent.  they have like a two deep of top 100s.  christ, do you people ever watch college basketball?

Considering the fact that I know how the rankings work.  I wait till I get a chance to actually see people play basketball before I decide that someone actually has talent.

that's a good way to decide if a team is any good.  it's a flawed method to objectively compare talent levels.
