do you think that the reason we had to schedule the press conference for 10am was so that bill could eat dinner, go to the presser, and then get to bed before it gets past his bed time?  No way in hell Bill stays up for a 5pm presser.

    I'm ANGRY!

Getting the news out early so we will be all over ESPN along with the 1000s of replays of the Oklahoma game.

Get some pub.

No offense Dubs, but this is exactly the mentality that K-State fans need to move away from.  This whole "grab some pub" business is crap.  You get pub when you win.  You get pub when you steamroll #1 on national TV.  You get pub when you punk your instate rival for more than a decade.  K-State used to be known for quietly coming into town, burning the place to ground, and then quietly preparing to do it all over again.  Somehow we have convinced ourselves that flapping our gums is important.  It's not.  Winning is ALL THAT MATTERS.  Bill Snyder understands that.
Welcome back, Bill.

Meanwhile the NU jet still sits idling on a Tarmac in Fayetteville Arkansas, waiting for Houston Nutt to arrive.

Pelini's got us headed to an 8-4 record this year, and a spot in the Gator or Sun Bowl. You're the doormat of the Big 12, have no talent on your roster, have a bunch of JUCOs getting ready to graduate, and crappy facilities.

But at least you're building for the future with a 69 year old up and comer as your head coach.

Yeah, Snyder has a pacemaker and a defibrillator....that's kind of like an IPod right? Can you recharge a defibrillator with an ITunes Gift Card?

honestly yes if you take just the first years i see the comparison, but then again you need to wait 3 or 4 years to actually see if progress is being made...dear god why couldn't callahan just fail the first 2 years and we be done with him.
