Gut. He's recruited some great young talent and from the local K-State events he's been to he and his wife are happy here. The lifestyle sells this place over so many others, and if the money is competitive I don't see why he would move. Especially considering this is what, year #2. I give him at least 3-4 before things might started getting stale.
NC: The same could be said about Wooldridge his ENTIRE time in Manhattan...and people just fall over one another rushing to love him.
