Talented but raw kid. Would be a good pickup for Ronnie. Grades might be a question though and Arizona seems to be a player. This is exactly the type of HS kid RP should be going after IMO. Isn't getting too much attention but can run and is from Texas. Plenty of under the radar kids down there that are close on grades or is a little raw that RP should be showing the love to.
Tons of speed in the Lancaster program as well. Their entire starting secondary is going D-I and they've got a big time T&F program if IIRC.
