Tysyn Hartman as up-back in punt coverage

Why hasn't he been moved to defense already?

My guess is it's just a matter of waiting until one of the two true freshman QB's is ready to be the 3rd string/emergency QB.  Might not happen until the spring.

He's got some wheels, he gets down the field real well on coverage. I honestly don't know a lot about the kid. I know they were always debating putting him on defense. But that was a quality point, they might just be keeping him at No 3. I guess he's our only non-redshirted scholarship qb aside from freems and crotchman.

Well my first thought is. With him in there the return team doesnt know that you will fake it and throw the ball because you didnt substitute someone in for one punt.

I want to see him get some 2nd unit time in 3 weeks.  Can't be worse than the Mad Magazine guy we've had in there.  He's pretty small for defensive anything.

Coffman never lost a game as a starter...

IDK bout running back, He could play safety, not undersized as far as our traditional fs size.
