my ku buddy who follows the news on rivals told me that ku lost 2 starters on defense, a safety and a linebacker, for the season. i dont know if it is a rumor or confirmed. he said one of them was a freshman and would easily be replaced, and the other one has more athletic backups who just lack experience and it wont be a big deal at all due to ku's awesome depth. he also said the anchor of the OL will miss the first few games with an injury, but that will be a good thing because it will allow them to develop their depth while they play against scrubs, and then this anchor can come back in when he is fully healthy and continue dominating like he did all of last year.

at first i thought it was bad news for ku, but really, they can have up to 30 season-ending injuries and it wont matter cuzz they have so many studs up and down the roster.

    The very best.
If they lose Ochoa they are &@#%ed.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Ochoa is fine (confirmed by very good sources).  I think we do have a couple of guys dinged up, but they will be out for a few weeks rather than months.  Sorry to disappoint. :shy:

ku has a 3 time Heisman winner lining up at QB, and 5 Star Depth across the board ... no worries.
