Of course, I don't think they let anyone interview there, so it doesn't really matter.

GPA constantly comes up when applying for military/fed gov't jobs and goes a long way (along with adv. degrees) towards determining your starting salary.

Once you're in, people usually care less (especially military and contractors). Just get the job done and nobody will care if you aced speech class your sophomore year.

Also, marry a Kennedy.

This is a good point (unless you are going into some non-paying "why the F would you fight other people to volunteer for this job" job).
