"L.A. can do a lot for a young man's life," Floyd said. "As great as Carson Palmer, Matt Leinart and Reggie Bush are, it's hard to believe that if all three of those guys had been at any other place in the country that they would've won Heismans. So you've got to believe that the whole marketing machine does help in terms of getting guys where they need to be, and I think more and more athletes are understanding that in our sport. Some of the high-profile players that we've been involved with have recruited us, and that's the first time that's happened in my career."
Well, it may have a bit to do with going 47-3 (including loss to KSU) and winning two national titles in a three year stretch.
