c'mon man, nobody here honestly believed we were winning the championship this year.  did we all have hopes and dreams, of course.  but considering this team did more than any ksu team in the last 20 years, then you could say congrats on a successful season.

next year will be interesting.  will we be as good, probably not, but we will still have more talent on the team than most of the ksu teams of the last decade.  maybe we will be more "balanced," to use a word ku fans love this year.

There was no concern over the streak ending.  A high school coach with a bunch of freshmen couldn't possibly beat a ku team with infinite McDAA's, experience, and a proven coach.
