    Hey, basketball!!!
For most of the season it was 2 3/4 vs. 5.

Pullen = 3/4 btw. So it's not all that bad. :-X

I know this is a big what if, but I just can't get past it.

Stefon freaking Hannah!  He'd be playing today and we'd be so much better.  And I always give Frank the benefit of doing a pretty good job without Dave Hoskins.

    I said throw down, boy!!

Had that same thought earlier.  Would have been nice to have a consistent scoring from a guard.  Hannah was a better defender than Blake and put up more points than Blake and Stew combined.  He would have been huge.  However, if he had brought the same attitude and off the court issues as he did to MU, he'd have spent the entire season in Frank's dog house.

I think a couple of things would have made the difference:
First, Stefon's homies had a relatively short drive from Chicago to Columbia.
Second, he would have been a bit player, rather than the star.  He was too immature to carry that heavy of a load.  And therefore, he'd have to follow the lead from Dave and Bill.  Neither would put up with his carp.

No, Manhattan is a beef town we don't put up with them fish-eatin folks.   :D

I agree, Bill, Dave, and certainly Frank (and Hugs last year) would have straightened him out long ago.  Just think about this team and the offensive voids that played a lot of minutes.....Stew, Young, Sutton, Kent, Gilbert.  You could count on having at least two of that bunch in the game 90% of the time and you don't have to step out and guard any of them.
