Wrong. He has such HBBIQ that he gets mad when the refs blow the whistle on a non-foul, so in the interest of bettering the sport he then shows them what a real foul looks like the next trip down the court, so that they may learn.

Extremely humanitarian, imo.

his main concern is with the flow of the game, fwiw.

Good point. He's definitely well versed in kenpom stats.

If I'm not mistaken, this was Pullen's fault.  Pullen was supposed to help weakside and didn't.  I think Pullen would be to the left of this photo.  Bill played good defense against ISU, the 2 fouls he got were he had his hands straight up were debatable at best and when you compare it to the 2 jump balls they called on Walker, they are inconsistent as well.

You're not mistaken. Not that this isn't a common occurrence anyway, but Pullen got ripped a new one in the subsequent TO after that play. Pullen was the backside guard and needed to drop down in the lane when the ball reversed away from him. He stayed out high, and the rest is history.

our helpside D in general is pretty horrible.  that's why it's so important for our guards to keep opp guards well beyond the 3 point line to run the offense.

Going back to the All-Big 12 team, Beasley was of course no surprise. Walker should have been 2nd team, but he had a couple of bad games that put him on 3rd team. Games like the Texas game is where he became inconsistent. You could also add at uk & at Iowa St. to the list to.

But if the Big 12 had an all-conference team with fouls called Walker would be player of the year hands down!  :eyeseeyou:  :ksu:

Hopefully this makes Walker play with a chip on his shoulder. I hope that he wants to prove everyone wrong at the Big 12 tourney.

Walker plays with a chip on his shoulder already.  An elbowing, screaming, pouting, chip.
