He is out of his league he lacks in game coaching skills. the team seems out coached every night and if it was not for Beasley putting up ridiculous numbers this team would struggle. Frank needs to learn his players and use them to their strengths and not make them fill bad or no good when they make mistakes he needs to make them fill like they are better then slice bread. I saw Duke play and the players love him and would run through a wall for him but Frank on the other hand I dont see anybody on this team walking trough a wall for him. my guess beasley wouldnt come back and play for him why he over uses him and puts players on the floor that cant help him.
Blake is terrible on defense he hustle but he is constantly getting beat on fakes and back door cuts. butt I will say you can never say he doesnt give 100% effort.
Steady stew is one player since his mom passed has totally dissappeared cant say that I cant understand what he is going through he gets a pass.
Bill could be a beast but he needs strong leadership and that is one thing this team lack he needs someone that can tell him to calm down.

Gilbert or sutton great energy and lots of potential problem is they are not being used and one mistake here comes merriweather
Pullen I could go on and on but Frank didnt establish a relationship with the extention of the coach on the floor instead he cusses him out talks about him in the paper and punish him for every team lose well hope he stays I wouldnt.
