Just switch to channel 10 on your cable dumbassesKCTV 5 out of KC is a CBS affiliate and was only blacked out when WIBW told cox they didnt want double broadcast.
I heard on "The Game" that KCTV out of Kansas City will still work in the Manhattan area because we are technically out of the Topeka viewing area. They can't black it out here.
