It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Nice,  I hear Canon's coming out with a new rebel that has built in Image stabilization in like 3 months.   supposed to be $900 for body and a basic lens.  Thinking about getting one and using my 20D as a back-up.

jeffy + new camera = better voyeur pics.

Ladies.. watch for the creep with a camera.   More than likely, he's on his back snapping under your dress.

Nope.... now, with the better camera, I don't have to do that anymore.  I can get a hi-res pic just by shooting off the mirror on my shoe.

Do you read the online reviews or magazines to decide which one to buy?  Nikon?

Canon is pretty much the gold standard in photography.

I knew that either Canon or Nikon was the way to go.  I did some online research and some Consumer Reports research.  I also talked to a family friend who is a photographer and previously worked for Southern Living magazine and has been published in Sports Illustrated.  He uses the XTi.

Gotta be honest.  I was almost scared to open this thread.  Jeffy telling everyone he had a new toy, a few things came to mind.  None of which was a camera.
