What are some of the worst gifts you have received?

this was a two-fer for me:

My wife (girl freind at the time) and I had a draw-the-name-out-of-the-hat gift swap thing. Only stipulation - $10 or under. My wife was running late, so we stopped and bought a $5 lottery scratcher and stuck it in an envelope. The people that we swapped with gave us a damned ugly snowman ceramic thing with glitter all over it and a freaking music box in the bottom. The other couple got the scratcher, scratched it off and (you guessed it) won $100! I was FURIOUS!

FF to this year, (we opened the presents last night as we will be travelling) my mom sent out a group gift for the family that she got from the Disney Store; a onesie for the baby, matching tinkerbell tee shirts for my wife and our 2 girls and a FCKING Capt Hook shirt for your's truly!!! The next time I see my mom, I am going to piss on her shoes.

i dont know if this counts or not but ill give it a shot.

my moms side of the family does the white elephant give exchange deal and i drew #1, opened a present and got a set of hand towels and a long 5 wicked candle that just so happened to match my aunts bathroom, so i thought to myself, ok she'll take it back cause obviously she wanted this and i'll get another shot at it. well as it turns out something pop up that she wanted more than her GD hand towels and candle and i went home at the age of 18 with hand towels and a candle

The in-laws have always been my nemesis.  Gifts include, my first year in Pittsburgh, a whole wardrobe of Pittsburgh Steeler and Penguins gear, , the steelers are only 2nd to my hatred of ku.  Two years ago they bought me a Gameboy, a original gameboy, where they found it, I have no idea.  Rollerblades, still unopened in box. 

Last year, we did the chinese gift exchange, I of course open the gift with the ugly steeler hat  , nobody took it, because it was ugly and everybody knew i hated the steelers.
