...let me preface by saying I have been drinking banquet beers for a couple hours now while watching the ku game, by myself, and am likely not of sound mind....
Here's my proposal. Bill comes back, with BV as the assistent HC and DC. BV runs all recruiting...all of it. Snyder is merely there to game plan and coach...zero recruiting. BV takes over within 2-3 years...or how ever long it takes to show that he won't flip out or wack himself.
The only coach retained off the current staff is Mo....Just for the poetry of it.
We'll be back to beating horrible teams and losing to good teams. We'll have to ask Ropin' Garth to cough up some cash to help buy us out of the stupid-ass scheduling that Ron got us into. We'll start scheduling like we use to, build some depth, and start winning again.
Meanwhile, Ron will be left mumbling and wondering around Junction City about the books he's most recently "read" (i.e. books on audio summaries of management and "leadership")...his wife will have left him, but James Franklin will stick by his side. They'll open up a management consulting firm in Ogden together. It will start slow, but they'll eventually land a key account with Dara's Fastlane.
