    The very best.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

your just pointing out the one convienent example to make your point.  your an engineer so do a little bit of statistics before you apply this to the program as a whole.  im not saying your wrong about recruiting but pointing out one example of a guy that chose another school over kstate doesnt make your point any more than dax pointing out one guy that chose kstate over another school makes his.

Well, you know there are going to be kids going to other schools.  We have locked up a good number of the Kansas kids though, so we have that going for us.

Honestly, it's going to get worse.

I wonder when our fans are going to get it. We are at 15 commits, and only one is a Top-tier recruit.

Hiow can it get worse?

We're already last place in the Big 12 north two years in a row.

Shall we try for a third?

they still believe that ksu = nu because of a 2 point loss

would i trade nu's players with ours?  in a heartbeat.  in fact, i would take a random 50 players of theirs over every ksu player.

Stars don't matter because Jon McGraw and Terrence Newman are in the NFL and all Snyder's highly-ranked recruits sucked.   :blahblah:

#1:  Snyder no longer coaches KSU.
#2:  When you're dealing with marginal talent, you have little margin for error.  Once you lose your edge, you drop off in a hurry.  See:  KSU the last two years.
#3:  Maybe Snyder's highly ranked recruits didn't pan out because the system wasn't catered to them.
#4:  All the KSU fans predicting that we'll challenge for the North title next year better hope to high heaven that Prince has half the ability to coach players up that Snyder once did.

All that matters is that we get recruits with offers from schools that consistently play in the Top 10.

Lets hope Ron Prince has the ability to manage what will hopefully be capable coordinators like Bill Snyder once did ... because if anyone on this board thinks it was Bill Snyder actuallly on the field showing those guys what to do then they're dumb.

But Bill Snyder wasn't diving into the mix in practice to show people stuff all over the place, he left that to the assistants, he then discussed what had to change or who needed to be "coached up" and why with the assistants in meetings.

This is exactly right.  The head coach does not really do much coaching.  The assistants do.  Of course, since the head coach chooses the assistants, he is ultimately responsible and the one we talk about.

We had been getting the same type of recruits nearly throughout Snyder's tenure.  Honestly, nearly all of the classes were below average.  Nothing on that front had changed.  What did change was the assistant coaches.

I talked to Davis at the KSU spring game and he said KSU and Iowa were his top 2.  He seemed like a heavy Iowa lead and also mentioned Mizzou but didn't even say a thing about Nebraska.  Oh well F him.
