You're right.  He played under Cronin.  Well, he played "for" Cronin.  Since Cronin is like 3' 10" tall no one could play "under" him! :D

I had never heard that he was injured at UC.  Just that he had enough of Cronin and told the midget to f*ck off and he transferred.  The word amongst the UC crowd, however, was that Herrera wouldn't work hard enough...

Don't the UC crowd HATE Cronin?

The eleven people who are still UC fans have accepted the midget.  Everybody else has moved on to support other teams.  Some support Ohio State, some Kentucky, some West Virginia, etc.  Cronin, however, is generally unpopular having been hand picked by "the witch"...

I'm always surprised when I see recruits still thinking about UC after everything that happened.  Any chance Cronin is successful?

Cronin appears to be getting fairly good recruits.  About the same as K-State with the exception of Walker and Beasley.  They are landing 2-3 star kids with an occasional 4-star thrown in.  One thing you can say about Cronin besides he is sawed off little a$$hole is that he is good recruiter.  A true flim-flam man that will tell the kids whatever they and their moms want to hear.  Whether he will be successful depends on whether he can actually coach.  His team looked like a deer in the headlights last year and he didn't have a clue how to turn them around.  So just like in Martin's case, only time will tell...

I'm guessing Martin is more of a Headlights kind of guy than a deer kind of guy.
