I can't imagine how Bill must feel right now.  Any dissappointment I feel right now pales in comparison to the guys who have really invested their blood, sweat and tears into Bob.

I remember seeing Bill after the Texas Tech game as I was going through the tunnel and wanting to give him the biggest "fist pump" to try to cheer him up because he looked like he wanted to cry. I can only imagine how he feels right now. My only advice to him would be.....

Bill, if I may call you that, do everything in your power to come back better then ever in 07-08 and help make KSU what we envisioned it becoming when you got here. We're you're family now, not that fat S.O.B. that you probably thought of as a father, and we still love you!

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

"Don't feel sorry for me," Walker said. "Sure, he's the reason I'm here. But I'm glad for him and I can't fault him for what he did. I'm always going to be a Huggs guy. I talk to him a lot and have no bad feelings."

Can we call him Walker please?  I'm not going to stoop to start calling our athletes by their first names, too ku'ish.  Unless it's a universal baskeball school thing.
