Go to insert image right below the message icons. Than insert the URL.

Host a picture on photobucket or somewhere else that has a "link to url" picture feature.  When entering the link to your post go to the "insert image" button (second from the bottom left of the above buttons) and insert the link into the gap.  That is a horrible description of what I do to insert photos.
