I think if Marion, Diaw, Bell and Thomas were on Kobe's team..... they would not have won the Pacific divison and won over 50 games. 

I do think Marion is underrated.  The guy is 6'7 and is among the league leaders in boards (11.8 ) and one of the better versatile defenders in the league.  He doesn't average 22 a game w/o Nash though.
