The Fact of the matter Fatty, is that the new research center at KSU now is a level 3 (Anthrax, West Nile Virus, TB, SARS, Yellow Fever) facility, so what the hell.   If somebody really wants to get that kind of stuff, they'll much easier places to get it than a facility built and secured like Fort Knox.
