I'm not sure Jeff wants people hanging from him either.

I personally think that Jeff likes it when people question him on his reporting to the extent that they are fair in their criticisms.   Like KSUCats (he's being sarcastic) I think most fans want Jeff to explain why he felt a certain way about recruits.

On the other hand, if you trash him, he'll ignore you.  You really don't want him to do that when you're trying to get him to answer you on his Q&A.

I never asked anyone to be "on my nuts." Usually, I have to pay for that type of action.

To clear up a few things:

My source told me it was close to a done deal with Kadji. I apologize if all of you were misled and thought he was coming for sure.

As for Harper, he told people repeatedly he had K-State as his leader. But when Notre Dame and the rest of the heavyweights got involved, he decided to back off his statement. Kind of predictable, but don't shoot the messenger.

I'm pretty thick-skinned. That's the nature of this job. But you have to understand - I don't have all of the answers. And yes, I'm going to be wrong - even when I'm not.

So now I'm going to go back to sipping some wine in Napa. Thanks for reading/listening.
