Why hasn't KSU offered Darius Parish?

He is a defensive lineman from Wichita, and claims KSU hasn't offered yet, and when he listed the schools he thought were close to offering KSU didn't come up either.

Nebraska, Colorado State, and Kansas have offered. Is there a reason KSU is holding back? I thought you guys needed defensive linemen badly, and I was surprised KSU hadn't offered an in-state guy like this.

I watched the guy's video and came away unimpressed. He had a few good plays, and can run pretty well for his size, but I saw him take many plays off.
