Sherron Collins = poor man's Denis Clemente?

No...our main 3 point shooter was Jack McClinton, who lead the ACC in 3-point percentage.  Scouting report on Clemente:

Positives
1)  Speed...he is one of the fastest players I have ever seen.
2)  On the fast break, he is outstanding.  His passing and ball distribution in this regard is really strong.

Negatives
1)  Erratic shooter.  He gets it going sometimes.  He has a funky shot.  This is really what needs a lot of work.  Consistency.  He has hit big 3s for us, include a game winning 3 against Clemson in the ACC Tournament 2 years ago.
2)  Off the court stuff.  He was thrown off our team.

If he can become a more consistent shooter and/or if you guys are going to play up tempo, he can be a huge asset for you.

Denny is probably one of the 5 fastest guys in CBB. Awesome on the break. Can finish around the basket

So is his transfer a done deal?  What about schollies.  Does this take up the last scholarship this year?  And of so, what happens if the Russian kid gets his grades in order?
